1st off not really 'outlaw street' as my stick likes slicks although my ===CENSORED=== hates them after mid track !
Netted 2 1.40 60fts at the mopars last year with my new front end with no tuning but fooked the passes up.
Mods for next mopars are fast wideband as I was running blind on my tune, exhaust system mods, 351w based Dart big bore stroker, custom cam, Heads refreshed by pro with home porting 215cc intakes opened to 227/228cc bowl blend etc;
If it works will apply for job with Reher Morrison if not Halfords.
Porting my Trickflow R out for 90mm tb, Box R would put it out my cowl hood.
Money is limiting factor like everyone else so hope my budget build pays off....anyone have a Jerico DR 4 laying about ? Oh well tremec gonna get some.
Not much room for a direct port setup so looking at a duel stage NX R plate that seems to wovrk well spraying each lower runner. Have A1000 pump if my current aeromotive is not enough.
Oh well should make decent bench racing numers...proof is in the pudding/driver.
Refuse to go slush box rather wrestle with a stick :)
Out of interest what sort of compression you chaps running n/a on superunleaded ?

Googling, beer, fag and dremel  Will either pat myself on the back or kick myself up the arse :P exh; 66cc to 71cc int; 215cc stock, 224cc pulled from motor looking at 228cc + Chambers 59cc May do a little more on intake guides if Im feeling brave...tried reading up on it but was bit too technical for my brain :? so had a bash at general cleanup, bowl blend and short turn....I think :P

You guys are abad influence on me  This is a whole new engine...wifes gonna kill me :P
Change of plan...the heads are going with my old block probably in the side line 'stang wth a buddy to earn me some green queens later when built.
Just got off the blower...probably ordering these as I don't want to strangle it. cam card in the bin as intake will change too.
Trick flow 225cnc high ports. Seem to be the head to use for my combo and been in the back of my mind for a while.

http://www.totalengineairflow.com/produ ... h-port/PAC 1.300" D
Hoping to stick with a custom hyd/roller for street use.
Compression comes in at 10.9-1. Gotta buy new fooking headers now...may not have the funds to race next year either at this rate but hope to speed the old escort up a bit.

Longblock parts sorted, internal balanced forged bottom end inc. custom Wiseco 2618 slugs. 225 TEA highports, pac 1300 springs, titainium ret. Comp ultra gold rollers. Custom hr cam.
Still got to get intake, probably a Super V efi , rails, injectors, T/B, MAF, flywheel, damper and new nitrous system....the list goes on.
Hope to get it running for the mopars but time/money are the issue. Its done when its done.
Headers sorted S/comps 2" primaries 3.5" collector. so got to mod new exhust too
Got a great deal on them as headers for H/ports into a fox can get expensive, but took the plunge as they are one of the better in line heads with great exhaust ports for nitrous.

Hi Andy, hope to catch up for a beer at the mopars bud ;) yeh didn't fancy cap walk further down the line. Stock 351w block correctly machined can take 600 + BUT throw spiky nitrous in there on the 2 bolt caps, which like the 3" mains limit rpm to an extent before they 'walk'.
Block up grade gives me 4 bolt, 4.125 bore, 2.75 mains and 0 internal balance over 28 oz external.
Stayed with a hyd roller as opposed to TLSR cam as I drive it 140 miles round trip to the pod. Would be one thing checking/keeping on top of valve lash, but still sceptical of prolonged idle time on solid roller lifters, yeh there are new improved oiling ones out there but very expensive, and costly if one eats go :o
So sticking with stick and as the yanks say "girly hyd roller"
