Wow !
Have to say, apart from arrival, one of the best managed events,

I loved having our own area in the pits, I think we need to think about the camping a little more, be good if we can somehow layout all the camping together with a central meeting area, so we can all meet and greet in the evenings, If the weather had been better and warmer it would really make for a big family meet, i realise its a little bit away from the main racing pits but at the same time allowed for some noise without it keeping us awake.

saturday was very well structured, now if only they could controll and structure the mopars and other meets in the same way.
infact thiern was too much to see and do !

Sunday was amazing to wake and see cars leaving like a sinking ship :(

but alas everything has to come to an end

Mark, would it be possible somewhere on here for a memebers only bit where we can put our contact numbers and area we live in

Reason for asking if someone was to break down and needed help on the way home and one of us lived close they could ring for help,

It was something that came to me on the way home, i have wierd thoughts when driving, lol
but thought it may come in handy to help our OS family

D

i agree dave it wasnt a bad spot to pit apart from the trip to startline and back was endless.i much prefer to be pitted in the pits as has more of a feel of being part of it with all the other race classes.best place we pitted all year was against the finishline fence ..for us anyway.

I like the usual 'just round the corner and hook a left' pit area myself. Not too far away from anything there. I must admit though this weekend would have been a good spot if the wind wasn't so ferocious. The big puddle on the way out was a bit of a problem though as they stopped me from racing because I had water on my chassis rails whereas the yuppy in the Porsche was pissing condensation from his exhaust on every run.

Yes i agree it was a bit to far up was good anyway but the water we had to drive through was a issue. It is best to be parked in the pits because you get a good vibe from all the racers and really feel part of a group when you not out the way . Was very well organised event second best of the year in my eyes dragstalga been the best .roll on 2015 ☺
