Hi all
John here former pres of the Reapers Uk. As Joe will have mentioned that club is now gone, politics and whatnot.
Glad to be a part of your team. Desperately putting this old 77 Camaro with a 87 pontiac 350 unit together. So far engine solid, g/box suspect, diff all over the harbour road. have just bought an 8.8inc ford axle with a lsd in place. the one on RnS. If the trouble was only that you will see me in oct hopefully.
I have one question for the experienced among you, I have removed the floor from my camaro boot to replace with 3mm checker ali.
Now has anyone rplaced the internal floor with ali before and if so what were the pit-falls.

Cheers all
John.

Welcome to the biggest drag racing series in the UK. You'll find us all a friendly bunch even though some of us are a bit strange. Shells cakes are yum.

Welcome John, Joe has given me your address for a race pack, I'm just waiting on some new vinyl numbers from the printers and then it'll be going out to you.

Hi
Thanks for the warm welcome. Right heres some answers.....Yes a ford axle...was blue, now matt black...and yes it's another Camaro, starting very basic but with delusions of grandure.
I'm aware of my lack of presence at meets of late, but bits keep falling off and going bang. Been under the car more than in it...but if my memory doesn't fail me De ja vou. I think trying to make an old car perform like a mad thing going mad is going to take a lot of spanner time.
